Israel's actions in Gaza and the West Bank are extremely serious and worrying. Israel attacks schools, hospitals and UN refugee camps with missiles and ground forces. Israel is violating international law. More than 100,000 Palestinians, including tens of thousands of children, have already died in Israel's military operations. Israel is committing a genocide of Palestinians, which resembles the genocide of Albanians and other peoples by the Serbs in the Balkans in the 90s. In recent months, the UN has criticized Israel on several occasions for its violence.

In Israeli rhetoric, the Palestinians have been called vermin, and Israeli politicians have proposed wiping the Palestinians off the face of the earth. Israeli politics have not always been this full of injustice: the culprit is Netanyahu's undemocratic right-wing government.

The terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023 were shocking and Hamas is a terrorist organization. However, Israel's actions in Palestine are completely excessive and cruel. The saddest thing is that Israel's brutal actions are directed at children and completely innocent people. Israel has also expanded military operations to include the West Bank, which has no part or lot in Hamas' attacks. For twenty years, Israel has violated the UN peace plan by establishing settlements in the West Bank. Israel has systematically violated the human rights of Palestinians by practicing apartheid policy. 

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict must not be resolved as long as anger rages and the cycle of revenge continues. The only way to peace is compassion and cooperation. Without understanding and appreciation of human dignity, there is no peace.
